2009 LAUNCH DATES & PER-PERSON PRICES
Please note that all launch dates depend on water flow, weather,
and minimum enrollment. If we cancel for any of these reasons, you
can either reschedule or receive a refund. Call us about group discounts.
CANYON RIO RAFTING
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICIES
Note that Cayon Rio Rafting will refund all payments if we need to cancel a trip because of weather, water levels, or low enrollment.
Half-Day & Full-Day Trips
We require full payment to reserve your spot.
If you cancel within 8 days of your scheduled trip date, we will refund 75% of your payment... OR you may reschedule your trip for another time within the same season.
If you cancel 3 to 7 days from your scheduled trip date, we will refund 25% of your payment... OR you may reschedule your trip for another time within the same season.
If you cancel less than 3 days from your scheduled trip date, we offer no refund—however, you may reschedule your trip for $25 (per group).
Multi-Day Trips
For multi-day trips, we require full payment upon reservation for each person. If you cancel within 30 days of the launch date, we’ll refund 50% of the trip cost.
Sleep kits are available for an extra charge.
